1997년 5월 Garden Grove 소재 수정교회 담임인 Robert Schuller 목사가 진행하는 TV 프로그램

Hour of Power (권능의 시간) 에 빌리 그래함과 로버트 슐러가 나눈 대담의 내용이다.

이 대담에서 빌리 그래함과 로버트 슐러는 기독교 외에 다른 종교에도 구원이 있음을 합의(?)한다.

빌리 그래함은 분명히 다른 복음을 전하는 거짓 선지자이다.

Tell me, what do you think is the future of Christianity?

(기독교의 미래에 대해 말씀해 주시기 바랍니다.)

GRAHAM(그래엄): 

I think everybody that loves Christ, or knows Christ, whether they're conscious of it or not, they're members of the Body of Christ ...

(그리스도를 사랑하거나 또는 그리스도를 아는 모든 사람은 인식하든 못하든 그리스도의 몸의 구성원입니다)

And that's what God is doing today, He's calling people out of the world for His name, whether they come from the Muslim world, or the Buddhist world, or the Christian world, or the non-believing world, they are members of the Body of Christ, because they've been called by God.

(하나님이 지금 그 일을 하십니다. 그분은 그분의 이름을 위하여 세상으로부터 사람들을 부르십니다. 그들이 이슬람 세계에서 오던, 불교세계에서 오던, 기독교 세계에서 오던 또는 불신세계에서 오던 간에 그들은 그리스도의 몸의 구성원입니다. 그들이 하나님으로부터 부름을 받았기 때문입니다.)
They may not even know the name of Jesus, but they know in their hearts that they need something that they don't have, and they turn to the only light that they have, and I think they are saved, and that they're going to be with us in heaven.

(그들은 예수라는 이름조차 모를지 모르지만 마음 속에는 그들에게 없는 무엇이 필요하다는 것을 압니다. 그리고 그들은 그들이 가진 유일한 빛을 의지합니다. 나는 그들이 구원받는다고 생각합니다. 그들은 천국에 우리와 함께 있을 겁니다.)

SCHULLER(슐러): 

Fantastic. I'm so thrilled to hear you say this. There's a wideness in God's mercy.

(기막히네요~ 그런 말씀을 하시는 것을 들으니 너무 신이 납니다. 하나님의 자비는 무척이나 넓군요)
